Book places on a course

You can book one or more places on our public "Essential People Skills for Managers" courses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in Australia.

You can then either pay by credit card or we can invoice you for your course place. If you wish to pay by credit card you can get a credit card authorisation and fax this to our office for processing. This "low tech" approach is highly secure and ensures your credit card details are not sent over the internet.

What if the course is already full?

Our public courses are very popular. If your preferred dates are full, you can either book a place on our next course or join a waiting list for your preferred course. If we receive a cancellation or postponement from a participant and your name is on the waiting list we will contact you to offer you a course place. If sufficient number of people register on the waiting list we might be abel to run an extra course and again we will contact you. If you have a group of 6 or more people who would be interested in attending, it can be cost effective to run the course in-house in your own offices. Please contact us if you would like a quote for an in-house course.
