Rooms & Equipment for In-house Courses
We will run the course in-house for your team using your own training rooms and equipment. The number of participants will determine the rooms and equipment needed.
For a course with up to 8 people, participants will work as one team on the main management simulation and skills development sessions. For larger courses (up to a maximum of 16 people) participants will do their preparation for these sessions in 2 teams in 2 different rooms.
Each team in turn will have the opportunity to observe, analyse and participate in a number of meetings and discussions with "staff" and "managers" (played by our facilitator). These simulated meetings and discussions are designed to illustrate the use of people skills and management techniques and to allow participants to learn, practise and fine-tune the practical application of a range of techniques and approaches. The course facilitator (our consultant) will play a number of "senior managers" and "team members" in these meetings. This ensures each participant has the opportunity to receive personal feedback to help develop their management style and performance. Each of our facilitators is both a manager of people and also a practising management consultant with a large client base and can draw on their recent real-life experience of people management issues and situations.
